All it asks you for
- API username
- API password
We only ever read from Adversus. Nothing there changes, and you can disconnect it whenever you like.
What Adversus turns out to hold
You pick which of these belong on a board, and you can add more later.
- Calls talk time, duration, direction, outcome, campaign, who dialled
- Sessions status, campaign, session time, who handled it
- Sales price, net price, provision, state, campaign, who sold it
- Leads status, campaign, contact attempts, when and by whom last contacted
- Appointments when booked, when it is for, status, consultant, who booked it
